The Opportunity:
Sixty Stores Ltd is a multi-channel Ecommerce retail company based in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire. We sell a variety of products online in the home and garden sector via websites including Sheds.co.uk.
As a result of our continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Services Assistant to join our small and friendly customer services team. The new position is aimed at a motivated individual with good communication skills who wants to join a growing company and establish or further their career.
Role Responsibility
- Answering inbound calls.
- Dealing with inbound enquiries.
- Responding to customer emails.
- Managing workflows.
- Managing and updating the companies CRM system.
- Reporting to your manager.
The successful applicant will:
- Be an excellent communicator.
- Be organised and motivated.
- Be accurate in your work, well presented, trustworthy and punctual.
- Be willing to learn, grow and provide a consistently high level of service.
- Be computer and IT literate with experience in using Microsoft Office products, with good language skills and an understanding of time management.
- Be familiar with CRM systems for managing enquiries.
This role is for a full time position: Monday – Friday (9am-5pm)
